Some love stories begin with a spark. Ours began with a conversation… that lasted eight hours.

What started as a single phone call turned into night after night of connection—hours of talking, laughing, learning each other, and realizing something rare was unfolding. By the time we met for our first date—bowling, beer, and wings—we already knew this was different. And from that moment on, we simply never looked back.

We haven’t spent time apart since.

Our story isn’t just about love—it’s about where that love truly comes alive. The river is our heartbeat. It’s where we connect on the deepest level. Standing side by side in the current, we’ve shared conversations that matter, opened doors to complete transparency, worked through challenges, shed tears, and laughed until we couldn’t breathe. The river has shaped us, strengthened us, and bonded us in ways nothing else could.

Fly fishing, for us, is more than a passion—it’s the foundation of a life we’ve built together.

We’ve created a lifestyle centered around presence, communication, and intention. Whether we’re casting lines on the water, riding in a golf cart, cooking a fresh catch, or watching our favorite football games (Drew-Chiefs/Mizzou  Amy- Steelers/Razorbacks)  everything we do is rooted in quality time and meaningful connection. We don’t just spend time together—we invest in each other. Every single day, we choose to fall in love all over again.

Drew brings decades of wisdom, with over 45 years of fishing experience, along with a background in teaching, training, and sales. His natural ability to guide, educate, and connect makes him not only an incredible angler but an inspiring mentor on and off the water.

Amy brings her own powerhouse of experience, with a background in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, leadership, and networking. She is a passionate cheerleader for women—especially those stepping into new adventures or building something of their own. With over 45 years of fishing experience herself, she blends strength, style, and soul into everything she does.

Together, we are each other’s rock, strength, and best friend.

At the center of it all, we’ve placed God—guiding our path, grounding our relationship, and reminding us what truly matters. Our love is intentional. It’s protected. It’s cherished.

This is more than fly fishing.
